SOAR Career Solutions, formerly known as Project SOAR, started out as a YWCA program in 1980. The focus was to help homemakers who were looking for a job but did not possess the skills, experience or self-concept necessary to secure employment. In 1983, it became a private, non-profit organization. Since then, SOAR has been providing affordable, holistic and creative career planning services to job seekers and career changers in Duluth and the surrounding area.
SOAR inspires personal transformation through career development.
SOAR provides innovative programming that moves people to sustainable employment, contributing to a prosperous community.
