Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Grant
Soar Career Solutions received a MJSP grant in conjunction with HOPE VI, Duluth Workforce Development, Choice Unlimited, and the Duluth Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Low-income people must live in Section 8 or Public Housing in order to qualify for a grant. If they do, they can receive training in one of six areas: Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Phlebotomist, Health Unit Coordinator, Medical Office Worker, or Health Insurance Billing.
