SOAR Career Solutions is available to provide in-service trainings, customized employee training, and workshops for area businesses and organizations on a wide variety of employment topics.
We are available to provide ongoing contract services such as providing training readiness certification services for a Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Grant. SOAR also is working with SMDC and their employees:
SMDC Career Planning Workshops
SMDC has contracted with SOAR Career Solutions to present Career Planning workshops for their employees. These workshops, are presented on-site at SMDC by SOAR Career Specialists and are designed to help participants to evaluate a change in career fields, explore educational options, identify positive work environments, and enrich current work.
